Coeur d’Alene, ID: In CDA there are currently 796 Active listings. The average days on market for homes in CDA so far this year is 102 days. The average sales price in CDA is $220,995. The average list to sales price is 96%. This means homes are selling about 4% less than the list price to sales price

Post Falls, ID: In Post Falls there are currently 611 Active listings. The average days on market for homes in Post Falls so far this year is 108 days. The average sales price in Post Falls is $204,055. The average list to sales price is 97%. This means homes are selling about 3% less than the list price to sales price
