ASSOCIATE BROKER: This is the highest designation a Realtor can achieve. Associate Brokers License requires over 90 hrs. of continued education in the following courses: Brokerage Management (includes BCOO) Real Estate Law Valuation & Analysis Real Estate Finance Idaho GRI 101/102 Idaho GRI 201/202
CERTIFIED RESIDENTIAL SPECIALIST: As a Certified Residential Specialist I have completed advanced training and rigorous educational requirements in residential real estate and have a proven track record of sales transactions required to earn the CRS Designation. Less than 5% percent of all licensed Realtors® are Certified Residential Specialists.
SELLER REPRESENTATIVE SPECIALIST: The Premier Seller Agency Designation awarded by the SRS Council, to recognize Real Estate Professionals who have completed special education in Seller Representation.
GRADUATE REALTOR INSTITUTE, GRI: Developed for Realtors who have completed 80 hours of coursework on topics from marketing and servicing listed properties to real estate law. Less than 20% of Realtors have earned their GRI.
LUXURY HOME MARKETING SPECIALIST: Recognized as the mark of accomplishment in luxury markets around the world, the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation assures affluent buyers and sellers that the agents who have earned it have the knowledge, experience, competence, and confidence they require. Members of The Institute who hold the CLHMS designation have documented performance in the TOP 10% of their markets, and have successfully demonstrated their expertise in the luxury home and estate market.
