I grew up in Sandpoint, Idaho, attended college in San Luis Obispo, California and have proudly called Coeur d’Alene, Idaho home since 2002. I began my real estate career with Windermere in 2005 and have loved serving clients throughout the Coeur d’Alene and North Idaho area ever since.

Living in North Idaho offers an incredible lifestyle, from stunning mountain views to the beauty of Lake Coeur d’Alene. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll often find me enjoying the outdoors—especially hiking—or spending time in downtown Coeur d’Alene, enjoying the waterfront, beaches and local restaurants.

ASSOCIATE BROKER: This is the highest designation a REALTOR® can achieve. CERTIFIED RESIDENTIAL SPECIALIST (CRS): As a Certified Residential Specialist, I have completed advanced training and rigorous educational requirements in residential real estate and have a proven track record of sales transactions required to earn the CRS Designation. Less than 5% percent of all licensed REALTORS®® are Certified Residential Specialists.

SELLER REPRESENTATIVE SPECIALIST (SRS): The Premier Seller Agency Designation awarded by the SRS Council, to recognize Real Estate Professionals who have completed special education in Seller Representation.

GRADUATE REALTOR® INSTITUTE, GRI: Developed for REALTORS® who have completed 80 hours of coursework on topics from marketing and servicing listed properties to real estate law. Less than 20% of REALTORS® have earned their GRI.

CERTIFIED LUXURY HOME MARKETING SPECIALIST (CLHMS): Recognized as the mark of accomplishment in luxury markets around the world, the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation assures affluent buyers and sellers that the agents who have earned it have the knowledge, experience, competence, and confidence they require. Members of The Institute who hold the CLHMS designation have documented performance in the TOP 10% of their markets, and have successfully demonstrated their expertise in the luxury home and estate market.
